Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
0-7 days before arrival → no refund

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage her top und ideal für 2 Personen. Die Leute von Splendido sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei uns hat ein Haarföhn gefehlt, diesen haben wir innert kurzer Zeit erhalten, als wir dies meldeten. Zudem wurden wir auch noch von der Busstation zum Apartement gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt und es gibt viele Verstaumöglichkeiten für die persönlichen Sachen. Negativ war, das der Aussenbereich nicht so sauber war und die Abluft der Klimaanlage gleich beim Sitzplatz ist und man sich dort nur aufhalten kann, wenn die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ausgeschalten ist. Fazit: Wir würden das Apartment auf jedenfall wieder buchen.
