How to book
From our offer it is necessary to find accommodation unit that you want to book. Search for accommodation units can be made in several ways:
- From the main menu at the top of the page you can click on “Baska Accommodation” where you will see the complete offer of our accommodation facilities divided in categories by type of accommodation.
- You can search Accommodation units through the search engine on the home page. Select data search by clicking on “Search”, our system will show you all the facilities / accommodation units that are currently available and match your search criteria.
When you find an accommodation unit that suits you, first click on "Send inquiry" then You have to enter Your personal information, Check in / Check out dates, number of adult and kids (and kids age). Dates of birth have to be entered in order to calculate the tourist tax.
On the right side of the page You can see Price calculator with total price. Obligatory additional charges are automatically ticked off and cannot be excluded. We also recommend you read “General terms of service” and if You agree with them, complete your request by clicking on the “Send inquiry” At this point, the system generates a request and sends it to check availability.
As soon as we receive your request we will try as soon as possible to respond to it, it is common practice to react within 24 h. After the Agency checks availability of accommodation you will automatically get a confirmation by e-mail, in which it will be stated the deduction or the availability of accommodation.
Once you have received an e-mail in which the agency confirmes availability of the accommodation, you will be referred to pay an advance payment for accommodation and you will be informed about the deadline for payment of the advance for reservation to become valid. If you don’t make advance payment for accommodation within given period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
It’s up to you to choose to pay advance within a given period, by credit card, (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro), Paypal through our system or by bank transfer. Please note that the personal and credit card data entries and transfers are protected by the 128-bit encryption SSL protocol, which is secured by SSL certificate released by COMODO CA Limited. , which guarantees the highest confidentiality.
After you make the advance payment, within 24 hours you will receive a Voucher with all the detailed information you need to know when arriving at your destination / accommodation unit. If it is possible, please bring your Voucher with you to the Agency, Your Voucher is a proof that you paid successfully your accommodation reservations.
