Draga Bašćanska is a village on the island of Krk, located in the municipality of Baska. In the northern part dominates the hilly terrain, and the royal part of the valley is rich in fertile land that had been cultivated for centuries. Throughout the valley flows a constant stream of water, so-called Suha Ričina or Vela Rika. The vegetation is very thick in the valley, and the karst and low vegetation prevails. The bora in these areas is very strong due to its openness in the northwest-southeast direction, but it is still sheltered from the neighboring Baska. Neighboring villages are Jurandvor and Batomalj.
