House rules



Dear guests,

  • The apartment rate includes utilities (water supply, eletricity, gas/electricity for cooking and hot water) and the change of bed linen in room(s) and towels in bathroom(s).
  • Please keep your apartment clean and in order during your stay. (Cleaning is not provided.)
  • If you have reserved an apartment, please plan your arrival after 15:00.
  • Guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure. Otherwise, full rate will be charged for that day.
  • Peace and quiet should be observed from 23:00 to 9:00.
  • Pets may not be brought into rooms/ apartments without prior consent from your host.
  • Guests are not allowed to recive and entertain non-residents in rented rooms/ apartments.
  • If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.
  • The room/ apartment rate for the reserved period will be charged prior to the beginning og your stay.
  • Upon departure, you are required to call your host to check the apartment. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause.
  • If you have settled your account at the Tourist Agency, please show your host the receipt, as proof of payment made to the Agency.

HOUSE RULES

I . GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article 1
These house rules determine common relations, that is, all obligations and rights to services between the provider (hereafter known as the renter) and the service user (hereafter known as the guest).

II . THE GUEST’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Article 2
Guests have the right:
1 . Based on a contract and valid regulations, to use the room/apartment without being disturbed, as well as all appliances and areas.
2 . To try to primarily solve and with good intentions, any possible claims with regard to the above mentioned contract with the host. Should an agreement not be reached, guests may contact the Agency - intermediary or the Administrative body.

Article 3
Guests may not:
1 . Bring easily inflammable or explosive materials as well as materials (objects) with strong and unpleasant smells.
2 .Bring pets without the prior permission of the renter.
3 .Bring third persons into the apartment/room who have not been registered as guests without the renter’s approval.
4 .Use cooking appliances in the room.
5 .Change the disposition of the furniture in the apartment or in the room (this is only possible if the renter has been informed and has given his permission). Destroy equipment and furniture.
6 .Disturb the peace from_________hours and________hours and create exaggerated noise by using radios, TV or any other devices or music instruments.
7 .Guests may not remove objects from the apartment’s inventory (eg. towels, bed linen, etc.)

Article 4
Guests should:
1 .Present a valid identity card or passport to the renter or to the intermediary agency for registration.
2 .Take care of their own personal belongings and valuable objects left in the apartment/room. The owner of the property will not be responsible for their possible disappearance.
3 . Keep to the house rules and use the room, inventory and installations as if they were their own.
4 .Check-out before departure and pay for the service or present a receipt with regard to the paid service to the renter.
5 .On the day of departure, guests should free the room/apartment by 10 am. Admittance to the accommodation unit should take place after 2 pm.
6 .Leave the apartment or the accommodation facility in the same state found on arrival.
7 .Guests are obliged to remove waste from the apartment/room and place it in the appropriate refuse container, wash any dishes and sweep the floor as well as leave any used bed linen in an orderly fashion.
8 .Any change in the number of people staying in the apartment (including children) must be reported to the renter.
9 .Use the air conditioning as if it was their own (during permanence in the apartment keep the windows and doors clesed, and when leaving the apartment turn off the air -conditioninig)
10 .When exiting the accommodation unit, guests are requested to close parasols, and turn off lights, electrical devices, gas installations and taps.




III . THE RENTER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Article 5
The renter has the right to:
1 . Cancel the services of any guest who, due to his behaviour, disturbs the order and peace in the accommodation unit.
2 . Request a fee from the guest for any damage caused or if any of the renter's possessions are lost, either purposefully or through negligence, or the guest causes the malfunction of devices or installations or damages any of the renter's furniture or part of the apartment/room inventory in any way.
3 . During the guest’s absence and under special circumstances, the renter may enter the apartment/room in order to prevent possible damage or danger arising. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of his entering the apartment/room as soon as he sees him.

Article 6
The renter is obliged to:
1 .Ensure order and peace within the accommodation and offer the guest any help necessary with regard to his accommodation.
2 . Hold the room/apartment free for 24 hours if the booking has been paid in advance and for which the guest has not arrived in time. Hold the room/apartment already paid for by the guest free during any temporary break of stay.
3 .Clean the apartment/room after the guests departure, change the bed linen and towels. Depending on the apartment category, change towels every_______days, and bed linen every_____ days.
4 . On a daily basis, clean and tidy entrance halls, steps and communal landings.
5 . Keep any found or forgotten things, for at least 6 months or proceed as agreed with the guest if should he contact the renter.
6 . Pay any damages which occur through these house rules not being respected and which are the fault of the renter or any other person for whom he is responsible.

IV . FINAL REGULATIONS

Article 7
The text of these house rules should be posted in a visible position in the renter’s house.
