Studio apartment (45 m2) in the center of Baska, only 30 meters from the beach and the sea. The studio is located in the attic with one bedroom and a sofa bed. It is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and wifi. There is a mini kitchen in a separate room. The terrace has a beautiful view of the beach, the sea and the neighboring island of Prvić. Private parking 300m from the apartment.

Baška is the most famous tourist center on the largest Adriatic island, which is why the island is closest to the Central European market. With its cultural heritage and offer in general, it is definitely one of the most interesting and attractive places in the Croatian part of the Adriatic, but also in Europe, which you can personally experience by staying in our apartments.

For occupancy under 4 nights the price is 30% higher
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
0-7 days before arrival → no refund

Sehr schoenes Zimmer mit viel platz und schoenem Ausblick auf den Strand. Im Zimmer alleine gibt es nur den Mangel das es bei Starkem Regen dazu kommen kann das Wasser in den Flur und Küche eindringt. Ansonsten ist dieses Zimmer sehr zu empfehlen.
