Nice apartment in the SOUTERRAIN - few stairs under the ground with a terrace. There is nice garden around house.The apartment has a parking space in garden. Host speaks English, German and Italian. House is located about 350 meters from the beach.

Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided, and will be changed once a week.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
0-7 days before arrival → no refund
