- Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided, and will be changed once a week.
- For occupancy under 4 nights the price is 30% higher
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
- Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
- 0-7 days before arrival → no refund

Die Lage ist absolut Super. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.
This was my second time at this appartment and it was as perfect as the first one. The view is like constantly changing painting, depending on the time of day or weather. I never get tired of it. The apartment itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated, it has all you need and more. There is a small beach close by but for me the best was just climbing the stairs and jumping in to the sea.
Appartamento stupendo pulito,ordinato con un terrazzo che si affaccia sul mare. Lo spettacolo è MERAVIGLIOSO, romantico. La signora Loredana è stata molto cordiale ed accogliente. Lo consiglio.
Hat alles super gepasst, perfekte Aussicht, großer Balkon, wunderschönes neues Appartement, alles sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, Fotos sind aktuell und ehrlich, sehr nette Gastgeberin Loredana, ruhige Lage und doch zentral, nette u kompetente Betreuung bei splendido
Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die komplette Bucht von Bâska und den Ort, sowie auf die gegenüber liegende Insel Prvic. Wir wohnten bis jetzt noch in keinem Appartement, wo wie hier bei der Ausstattung an alles gedacht wurde. Egal ob Küchenausstattung oder Bad, alles war vorhanden. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Schreibmaterial, Regenschirme oder Feuerzeug, einfach alles parat. Für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist die Wohnung wegen den ungefähr 90 Stufen ab Parkplatz weniger geeignet, für den Aufstieg wird man aber immer wieder mit dem atemberaubenden Ausblick belohnt
Unbeschreiblicher Ausblick... Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Sieht auf den Bildern etwas größer aus, aber ist nicht so schlimm. Etwas außerhalb vom Trubel der Promenade und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar.
Impeccabile! una nota dolente che viene ripagata però dalla vista incredibile sono le rampe di scale per arrivarci!
