- In case of late arrival please write information in the field remark while filling out the form for submitting queries, or inform us by e-mail or telephone.
- LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN - for arrivals later than 21:00h (max. at 00:00), you will be charged 20 EUR for the late arrival fee.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided, and will be changed once a week.
- For occupancy under 4 nights the price is 30% higher
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
- Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
- 0-7 days before arrival → no refund

The apartment is well situated with a short distance from the beach but far enough to avoid the noise. The amenities are sufficient and in good condition. The Spledido team was also very helpful when contacted. I would score it higher if there were some cleaning products on hand so we can could hoover or wipe over the place throughout our stay.
Sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und super Lage. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es lediglich für die große Hitze in der Galerie, welche von der Klimaanlage leider nicht erreicht wird.
Appartamento molto bello, completo di tutto. Mancano giusto le istruzioni per l'utilizzo degli accessori come piastra induzione, lavatrice e lavastoviglie che non siamo riusciti a far funzionare. Attenzione allo scaldabagno: ha l'interruttore nel corridoio che si confonde con quello delle luci, si rischia di spegnerlo involontariamente e rimanere senza acqua calda. Terrazzino piccolo ma molto comodo per mettere le cose ad asciugare e sedersi fuori all'aria fresca. Climatizzatore raffredda bene il soggiorno ma insufficiente per le camere. La camera sottotetto è molto calda, l'unica soluzione è di tenere le finestre ed il lucernario aperti per avere un minimo di giro d'aria. Telo doccia piccolo. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un supermercato, un panificio, una farmacia e la posta. Sconsiglio Baska per le spiagge, troppo affollate. Ottima come cittadina di riferimento per poi visitare la parte sud dell'isola. Ritornerò sicuramente
