- In case of late arrival please write information in the field remark while filling out the form for submitting queries, or inform us by e-mail or telephone.
- LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN - for arrivals later than 21:00h (max. at 00:00), you will be charged 20 EUR for the late arrival fee.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided, and will be changed once a week.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
- Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
- 0-7 days before arrival → no refund

Mi smo bili jako zadovoljni
Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne wieder. Es wäre nur schön, wenn es im Haus noch einen Wasserkocher geben würde und die Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht wird. Diese funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Für 2 Tassen Kaffee braucht die Maschine 40 Minuten. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. MfG
Die Lage war perfekt.Ruhig aber trotzdem nah am Zentrum und am Strand.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.Sehr ansprechend die beiden Terrassen und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Ausstattung auch i.O.Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
Sogar stornieren hat geklappt.wenn möglich nächstes Jahr wieder gerne.
