Baska (island of Krk, Croatia) is the most famous tourist centre on the biggest Adriatic island, which position makes it the closest island to the Central European market. With its cultural heritage and offer in general, it is definitely one of the most interesting and attractive places on Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea as well as in Europe, which you can personally experience by staying in our apartments.
Baska is situated in the tame valley, in the gulf, and surrounded with vineyards, olive groves, picturesque background of the karst Velebit mountain and the island of Prvic, which seem to protect from all sides the unique 1800 meters long pebble beach, with the sandy seabed, especially suitable for children, non-swimmers and elderly persons. The beach is rightfully known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic Sea and for a number of years it has been awarded with the “Blue flag” – the sign of purity, ecology, nature preservation and compliance with high international standards of the environment protection.

- In case of late arrival please write information in the field remark while filling out the form for submitting queries, or inform us by e-mail or telephone.
- LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN - for arrivals later than 21:00h (max. at 00:00), you will be charged 20 EUR for the late arrival fee.
- Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided, and will be changed once a week.
- For occupancy under 4 nights the price is 30% higher
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
- Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
- 0-7 days before arrival → no refund
Casetta piccola e accogliente la proprietaria di casa davvero una persona stupenda parla bene l'italiano e davvero disponibile....abbiamo chiesto di usare il barbecue e neanche il tempo di riposarci dopo aver mangiato aveva già pulito tutto lei....una notte ha piovuto e ci siamo alzati alle 7 del mattino e lei aveva già ritirato i cuscini dalle sedie sotto il gazebo e li aveva già asciugati pronti per quando ci siamo alzati....una signora anziana davvero carina e super disponibile...per quanto riguarda la zona a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare....anche se il mare più bello lo abbiamo trovato a 20 minuti di macchine nella parte ovest dell isola zona starabaska ma comunque per la cifra spesa nella settimana di ferragosto posto perfetto

Gospođa Marija je bila predivna, lijepo nas je dočekala, ali i ispratila zadnji dan. Svaki dan smo malo popričali kad smo naišli na nju, nasmijali se. Sve pohvale gospođi Mariji, ali i Splendidu!
Ein sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen mit super Ausstattung und eigene Terrasse. Sehr sauber. Lage ist super. Alles in der Nähe. Sehr nette Besitzerin. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder vermieten.
Very easy communication with the agency. Check in was at 3pm but the house was ready at 1 so we could enter before there official check in time. The house corresponded to the describition on the website. The house owner welcomed us at the apartment. She only speaks Croatian so the communication was more with gesture but that was okay. She was very nice and provided us with drinks and cleaned the patio for us. We had a good stay and would recommend this apartment.
Lovely, clean and calm apartman with absolutely perfect and the most friendly owner. We enjoyed our stay there! Fully recomended!!!
