Triola Kamplin Fest is the name of the manifestation that, in
organized by the Tourist Board of the City of Krk, during June, July and
of August, takes place on the picturesque Trg Kamplin in the city of Krk, and which
the task of promoting music, enriching the tourist offer and, ultimately,
improving the quality of life of the local population. Since it is
the manifestation program is divided into three thematic days, hence the idea that
it is named after the musical figure that indicates the three tones they make
harmonious whole. In the case of the Krk trio, it is C major, formed by: C, E and
G, which are also the initial letters of three units: [C] Celebrate Local, [E] Easy Going and [G] Good Vibes.
The first includes three Tuesdays dedicated to different aspects
traditional music, the other three Thursdays are dedicated to jazz, swing and
country, and on the third three Saturdays, with attractive bands, intended
ultimate fun and enjoyment!
The second Celebrate Local evening, which will be held as part of Triola Kamplin Fest on July 12,
will feature performances by the Vrh Cultural and Artistic Society,

A capella group Vejanke and Karin Kuljanić with guests Božidarka Matija Čerina and the Luštrin Women's Vocal Ensemble.
Along with one of the guardians of the island's folklore heritage, Cultural and artistic
society Vrh, the audience will be able to experience folk music of a specific style
which is performed on the sopela, a traditional wooden musical instrument of piercing
sound, folk dances, but also the complex beauty of folk
costume. The only female klapa on the island of Krk – A capella group Vejanke, which today
has seven members, will present themselves with traditional klapa numbers,
but also covers of popular songs adapted to female polyphony
different genres. This singing collective is already well known to the islanders
as they say, they are held together by the love of the song and the undeniable a capella spirit .

The program will conclude with the performance of Karin Kuljanić, multiple winner
The melody of Istria and Kvarner, but also the absolute winner of this year's,
of the recently held, edition of that popular festival, which is in 2021.
celebrated more than 25 years of playing music. This Kvarner favorite
audience, lyrical voice and special sensibility, he conveys with his music
life stories, most often, motivated by love for people, customs and
tradition, as evidenced by the most recent winning composition Fala ti na jubava
for which the music was written by Goran Šarac, the text by Robert Pilepić, and the arrangement
made by Aleksandar Valenčić. Karin will be on the unique Krk scene,
under the walls of the Frankopan castle, to join special guests,
Božidarka Matija Čerin, who will be accompanied by the Women's Vocal Ensemble
Luštrin from Kostrena to present another MIK award winner this year
composition - ballad Laku noč, Kostreno...
