Triola Kamplin Fest is the name of the manifestation that, in
organized by the Tourist Board of the City of Krk, during June, July and
of August, takes place on the picturesque Trg Kamplin in the city of Krk, and which
the task of promoting music, enriching the tourist offer and, ultimately,
improving the quality of life of the local population. Since it is
the manifestation program is divided into three thematic days, hence the idea that
it is named after the musical figure that indicates the three tones they make
harmonious whole. In the case of the Krk trio, it is C major, formed by: C, E and
G, which are also the initial letters of three units: [C] Celebrate Local, [E] Easy Going and [G] Good Vibes.
The first includes three Tuesdays dedicated to different aspects
traditional music, the other three Thursdays are dedicated to jazz, swing and
country, and on the third three Saturdays, with attractive bands, intended
ultimate fun and enjoyment!
The third, and also the last, Celebrate Local evening, as part of the Triola Kamplin Fest, is on August 30,

when the Kornić Cultural Society, the Kaštadi a capella group and the City Band of Krk will demonstrate all their skills.
With the intention of popularizing, promoting, but also preserving the island
cultural and ethnological values, Kulturno will appear in front of the audience
the Kornić society, proud guardians of recognizable folklore and art
expressions that unite them: folk music, an untempered series of diphthongs
tight intervals in the sopel concert and singing, then folk dances and
national costumes. All the beauty, melodiousness and sonority of this a capella song
A capella Kaštadi from Poljica, whose members except a
a capella performance, in their performances they also cherish covers of songs with the guitar and
mandolin. The repertoire of Kaštada, gathered in 1998,
they usually consist of folk songs from the northern Adriatic and Dalmatian coasts,
but also all other compositions intended for polyphonic singing. A chance to
the members of the City Music will also get to show how harmonious and well-tuned they are
Krk, one of the oldest music associations of its kind in Croatia
which records an enviable 190 years of activity. Krk tins, how to make them

rock classics.
