Miriiam is a young talented singer-songwriter from Zagreb
which rocked the Croatian scene last year and this year. Although flirting with
many genres and sounds in the domain of indie/folk/rock, her expression most often
called alternative or retro pop. At the end of 2021, he is releasing his first
album Call me up, which she started working on at the beginning of 2020
Penthouse studio in Zagreb. The album delighted listeners and critics alike
was on the lists of the best albums of the last year. On streaming
services like Spotify has over 100,000 listens, and hers
the songs were on the charts of European radio stations. The album consists of
of ten songs, whose physical vinyl release is expected this year
summer. We already had the opportunity to hear the singles Knot from him,
Simple-Minded Love and Call Me Up where she presented her vocals,
aesthetics and recognizable dreamy sound, and a few days ago the dance came out
single Stella. She has been active on the Zagreb scene since her teenage days
as a live performer, and before the release of his first album, in 2021,
played dozens of solo concerts throughout Croatia, and more than once
also performed in London. As a confirmation of quality at the Rock&Off award i
won the Veliki Prasak award as the best new author of the domestic scene.
